Channeli- zation of the Colorado River by the Comer and Casad Cuts in 1923 -24, has, in effect, placed portions of the originally s•arveyed lands and accreted .Lands on the westerly side of the river's present position. _ In those portions the considered positions of the left bank of the river as of the time of the channel- izations have been reo..tablA shed as fixed and limit- ing boundaries as shown by the lines with numbered angle poinP.s.
