lishment of a portion of the subdivisional lines
designed to restore the corners thereof in their
original position:: according to the best avail-
able evidence; and, the survey of accretion lands
riot incluled in previous surveys. Channelization
of the Colorado River by the Hauser and Comer Cuts
in 1923 -24, has, in effe ^.t, placed portions of the
originally surveyed lands and accreted lands on
the westerly s19e of the river's present position.
In those portions the considered positions of the
left bank of the river as of the time of the chan-
neiizations have been reestablished as fixed and
Limiting boundaries as shown by the lines with
numbered angle points.
The original surveys were executed by William B.
Kimmel, U. S. Surveyor, to 1916 -17, as shown upon
the offl�ial plat approved March 20, 1918. Tne
west boun,l -Lry and a portion of the north boundary
were resurveyed concurrently with this group. Ex-
cept as new subdivisions ar-� shown h. r:o:, th-
I)' ing<:;und areas are as shown upon the original
plat.
These surveys were executed by Donald A. Cannon,
