The Se- cond'Standard Parallel South through Range 20 East, and a portion of Range 19 East and the west boundary were surveyed concurrently with this group. The history of previous boundary surveys is contained in the field note record. The surveys were executed by Edward D. Lewis and Beverly W. Capell, beginning December 1, 1955 and completed March 3, 1961, pursuant to special instructions for Group No. 410, California, dated November 16, 1 955• UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT Washington, D.C.
