NOT SET. THE PIPES WHICH WERE SUPPOSED TO BE SET FOR THE BACK LOT LINES WERE NOT '
T OR DESTROYED BY CONSTRUCTION. MY GOAL IN SETTING THE PIPES AND REFERENCING THE

SCRIBED X WAS TO FIX THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED BOUNDARY INDEPENDENTLY FROM AN '
ANALYSIS WHICH MIGHT USE SUBDIVISION CORNERS OR SOME OTHER METHOD TO PRORATE THE '
LOT LOCATIONS FROM DISTANT MONUMENTS. '
MR.YBARRA MISTAKENLY BELIEVES REFERENCING THE NONRECORD MONUMENTS IS A VIOLATION OF '

PLSA 8762, AND THAT IS WHY HE IS REFUSING THE APPROVAL OF THE LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
AND PLAT. I HAVE EXPLAINED NUMEROUS TIMES IN NUMEROUS WAYS TO MR. YBARRA, THAT
THE INCLUSION OF THE PIPES AND X IN THE LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT DOCUMENTS DOES NOT -
VIOLATE ANY LAW OR STANDARD OF PRACTICE. I EXPLAINED A RECORD OF SURVEY WOULD BE
