fractional section 24, superseding the survey executed
in 1961, as shown upon the plat accepted May 1, 1962.

The fractional section is limited on its easterly boundary

by the considered right bank of the Colorado River at the
Scale
in Chains
time of Casad Cut in 1923 -1924. The traverse of this bank
is surveyed as a fixed and limiting boundary as determined
by reanalysis of the 1930 aerial photography.
Survey executed by Kenneth F. Hansen, Cadastral Surveyor,
beginning October 8, 1974 and completed October 11, 1974,
under Special Instructions dated September 24, 1974 for
Group No. 654, California.
