Township 5 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian.
Excepting therefrom the Southerly 30 feet thereof as conveyed to the County of Riverside by Deed
recorded August 22, 1960 as Instrument No. 73767.
And. also, That portion of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of
