designated Harrison Street as an Arterial Highway with a 110 ft full -width ROW section.
060 - Transportation. 2 SUBMIT GRADING PLANS Not Satisfied
The project proponent shall submit two sets of grading plans (24" x 36") to the Transportation
Department for review and approval. If road right-of-way improvements are required, the
project proponent shall submit street improvement plans for review and approval, open an IP
account, and pay for all associated fees in order to clear this condition. The Standard plan
check turnaround time is 10 working days. Approval is required prior to issuance of a grading
permit.

Prior to issuance of a building permit, the owner/applicant may be required to submit a Water
Quality management Plan (WQMP), on PDF, if the development of the parcel(s) meets or
exceeds any of the thresholds outlined in the WQMP guidance document. If it is determined
that a WQMP is required, the owner applicant shall be required to submit a WQMP and
associated plans for review and approval prior to issuance of building permit. More information
