I, William Rohal, certify; that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California; that Tract Map 36475 was
prepared by Rick Engineering and is filed in Book 464 of Maps, at Pages 12 through 29, inclusive, in the office of
the Recorder of Riverside County, California; and that the following corrections to said map are in accordance with
Chapter 3, Article 7, Sections 66469 through 66472.1 of the Subdivision Map Act.
I hereby certify that a survey was performed by me or under my direction on September 06, 2019, which verified
the information contained on said map. Monument descriptions are corrected as follows.
That the following data shown on said Tract Map is incorrect as follows:
1. Surveyor's Notes — No. 20 Lot comers along the right of way of dedicated streets will be monumented
by a .lead disk stamped "LS 8805" set along the prolongation of the lot line at an offset of 9.75 feet in
the curb (Riv. Co., Std. "E"), the offset shall be measured radially or at right angles to the right of way
line.
2. Surveyor's Notes — No. 21 All points of curve along the right of way of dedicated streets will be
monumented by a lead and disk stamped "LS 8805" set at an offset of 9.75 feet in the curb (Riv. Co.
Std. "E"), the offset shall be measured radially or at right angles to the right of way line.
3. There is omitted data for some of the Lot lines of Lots 127, 128 and 129.
Tangent distance along the Easterly side of Lot 129 was omitted.
Curve data along the Easterly side of Lot 129 was omitted.
Curve data along the Easterly side of Lot 128 was omitted.
Curve data along the Easterly side of Lot 127 was omitted.
Tangent data along the Easterly side of Lot 127 was omitted.
Tangent data along the Westerly side of Lot 127 was omitted.
