I, Timothy E. Campbell, certify; that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California;
that that Tract Map No. 30069-2 was prepared by Rory S. Williams, LS 6654 and is filed in
Book 424 of Maps, at Pages 54 through 77, inclusive, in the office of the Recorder of Riverside
County, California; and that the following correction to said map is in accordance with Chapter
3, Article 7, Sections 66469 through 66472.1 of the Subdivision Map Act.
I - am the Land Surveyor assuming the responsibility for placement of final monuments, in
accordance with Chapter 4, Article 9, Section 66498 of the. Subdivision Map Act. I hereby
certify that a surveywas performed by me or under my direction in October 2022, which verified
the information contained on said map. Exceptions in location or character are shown on the
graphic description on Exhibit "A." Monument descriptions are corrected as follows:
Incorrect Data
All centerline monuments in Laurel Tree Court, Oakstone, Creek Court, Daisy Drive, Wild
Carnation Drive, Cherokee Rose Street, Juniper Tree Court, Small Pine Court, Running Stream
Drive, Ginger Tree Drive, Cougar Pass Court, Birchbrook Lane, and Windchime Court to -be set
as 1" iron pipe tagged "L.S. 6654."
The following property line monuments are as follows: the front prod for lots 64/65, 72/73,
73/74, 78/79, 81/82, 96/97, 6/7, 20/21, 22/23, 100/101, 112/113, 114/115, 115/116, 188/189, 25,
40, 117/118, 122/123, 31/32, 60/61, 176/177, 177/178, 178/179, 58/59, 167/168, 168/169,
169/170, and 170/196, to be set lead, tack and tag "L.S. 6654" in top of curb.
Also the following BC and EC prods: in front of lots 63, 71, 82, 91, 100, 1, 7, 13, 22, 23, 116,
25, 26, 121, 124, 153, 154, 30, 33, 37, 47, 141, 153, 154, 183, 53, 147, 165, 168, and 169, to be
set lead, tack and tag "L.S. 6654" in top of curb.
