map on file in Book 11, Page 15 of Maps, records of Riverside County, California.
TOGETHER with the Westerly 32.00 feet of Lot 40 of the aforementioned
Subdivision. Said 32.00 feet being measured at right angles to the Westerly line
of said Lot 40.
EXCEPTING therefrom the Southerly rectangular 13 feet of said Lot 39, as
conveyed to the County of Riverside by Grant Deed recorded July 1, 1963, as
Instrument No. 68645, records of said County. Said 13 foot strip of land is
