In the County of Riverside, State of California described as follows:
That portion of Parcels 1, 2 and 3 of Parcel Map 16093 as shown by Map on file in Book
96 of Parcel Maps at Page 86, thereof, Records of Riverside County, California and that
portion of the Northwest one -quarter of the Southwest one -quarter of Section 12,
Township 4 South, Range 4 West, S.B.M. lying within that portion of Parcel "A" of Parcel
Merger No. 210129, recorded November 16, 2022 as Document No. 2022-0472116,
Official Records of Riverside County, California, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the centerline intersection of Cajalco Road and Seaton Avenue as
shown on Record of Survey on file in Book 112 at Pages 31 through 38, inclusive
thereof, Records of Riverside County, California, said intersection also being the West
one -quarter corner of said Section 12;
THENCE N.88057'22"E. along the centerline of said Cajalco Road, a distance of 169.55
feet to the northerly prolongation of the easterly line of Lot "A" of said Parcel Map
16093;
