The Standard plan check turnaround time is 10 working days. Approval is required prior to issuance of a grading permit. 80. Prior To Building Permit Issuance Survey 080 -Survey. 1 SURVEY MONUMENTATION Not Satisfied Prior to construction, if survey monuments including centerline monuments, tie points, property corners and benchmarks found it shall be located and tied out and corner records filed with the County Surveyor pursuant to Section 8771 of the Business & Professions Code. Survey points destroyed during construction shall be reset, and a second corner record filed for those points prior to completion and acceptance of the improvements.
