I, Jeffrey S. Boydston, certify that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California; that Parcel Map No.
30214 was prepared by John W. Canty R.C.E. 17550 that said Parcel Map was filed on April 8, 2002 in Book 201
of Parcel Maps, at Pages 37 through 39 inclusive, in the office of the Recorder of Riverside County, California,
and that the following corrections to said map are in accordance with Chapter 3, Article 7, Sections 66469 through
66472.1 of the Subdivision Map Act.
Robert A. Stockton, R.C.E. 33591 deceased, was the Registered Civil Engineer assuming responsibility for the
placement of final monuments, in accordance with Chapter 4, Article 9, Section 66498 of the Subdivision Map
Act. On September 3, 2010 a survey was performed by Robert A. Stockton or under his direction which verified
the information contained on said Parcel Map. Monument descriptions are corrected as follows.
That the following data shown on said Parcel Map is Incorrect as follows:
Engineer's Notes # 1 — Found 1" I.P. with plastic plug stamped L.S. 3018, flush per Parcel Map 28496
P.M. 190/13-14, unless otherwise noted.

3. Engineer's Notes # 4 — Searched, found nothing, Set''/z" spike and R.C.E. 17550 tag, flush in A.C. paving;
or nail and R.C.E. 17550 tag, flush in concrete; or 1" I.P. with plastic plug stamped R.C.E. 17550, flush in
natural ground.
4. Engineer's Notes # 5 — Set %" spike and R.C.E. 17550 tag, flush.
5. Engineer's Notes # 6 —Set Y?" spike and R.C.E. 17550 tag, flush in A.C. paving; or nail and R.C.E. 17550

NO 09'43"W and a distance of 253.15' along the Westerly line of Parcel 8.
