A history of surveys is contained in the field
notes.
This plat represents the dependent resurvey of
portions of the south and west boundaries, a
portion of the subdivisional lines, and the
subdivision of sections 30 and 32, designed to
restore the corners in their true original
locations according to the best available
evidence, and the survey of the subdivision of
sections 19 and 32, and of certain Indian
Allotments in section 30, T. 5 S., R. 8 E., San
Bernardino Meridian, California.
Except as indicated hereon, the lottings and areas
are as shown on the plats approved July 15, 1856,
and June 11, 1927, and the supplemental plat
accepted February 19, 1960.
Surveys were executed by William S. Ross and
Stephen D. Hardin, Cadastral Surveyors, beginning
March 21, 1977, and completed April 4, 1978,
pursuant to Special Instructions dated December
10, 1976, and Supplemental Special Instructions
dated January 31, 1978, for Group No. 689,
California.
