I, Jeffrey S. Boydston, certify; that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California; that Tract Map
30850-3 was prepared by Rick Engineering and is filed in Book 420 of Maps, at Pages 75 through 81, inclusive, in
the office of the Recorder of Riverside County, California; and that the following corrections to said map are in
accordance with Chapter 3, Article 7, Sections 66469 through 66472.1 of the Subdivision Map Act.
That the following data shown on said Tract Map is incorrect and corrected as follows:
Sheet 7: The map data showing the combined distance along the Easterly line of Lot J shown as 650.67 feet is
incorrect. The distance is corrected to be 650.62 feet.
Sheet 2: The measured and record data reference per Tract 30850-1 showing distance along the Perris Valley
Channel between Citrus Avenue and Orange Avenue shown as 2656.70 feet is incorrect. The distance
is corrected to be 2656.23 feet.
Sheet 2: The measured and record data reference per Tract 30850-1 showing overall distance along the Perris
Valley Channel shown as 3996.86 feet is incorrect. The distance is corrected to be 3996.39 feet.
Sheet 2: The Southerly arrow shown for overall corrected distance of 3996.39 feet on the Perris Valley Channel
is incorrect. The arrow is corrected to be shown from the Monument denoted as "Fd. 3/4" IP, no tag ace.
