I, Jeffrey S. Boydston, certify; that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California; that Tract Map 37178
is filed in Book 466 of Maps, at Pages 48 through 50, inclusive, in the office of the Recorder of Riverside County,
California; and that the following corrections to said map are in accordance with Chapter 3, Article 7, Sections
66469 through 66472.1 of the Subdivision Map Act.
William Rohal licensed land surveyor "LS 8805" passed away in December 2023. Upon his passing I, Jeffrey S.
Boydston "LS 8835" assumed responsibility for certifying this certificate of correction.
That the following data shown on said Tract Map is incorrect as follows:
1. Surveyor's Notes O —Set 1" Iron Pipe Tagged "L.S. 8805" flush.
2. Surveyor's Notes 0 — Indicates Searched nothing found, Set 1" Iron Pipe tagged "LS 8805" flush.
And is corrected as follows:
1. Surveyor Note O — Set 1" Iron Pipe Tagged "L.S. 8805" flush, or nail with tag stamped "LS 8805" in
concrete.
2. Surveyor's Notes • — Fd. 1" Iron Pipe stamped "LS 5529" flush, at centerline points marked A, unless
otherwise noted.
At centerline BC on Town Center Drive at the southerly end of course noted as N 1691'30" W, 298.46'
a nail and tag stamped "LS 8805" set on top of curb.
The present Fee Title owner(s)/Ownership of the property are/is not affected by the corrections.
