I, Jake W. Lappert, certify; that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California; that Tract
No. 30857-7 was prepared by Michael J. Knapton (PLS 8012) of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc.
and is filed in Book 452 of Maps, at Pages 54 through 65, inclusive, in the office of the Recorder of
Riverside County, California; and that the following corrections to said map are in accordance with
Chapter 3, Article 7, Sections 66469 through 66472.1 of the Subdivision Map Act.
I am the Land Surveyor assuming the responsibility for placement of final monuments in accordance
with Chapter 4, Article 9, Sections 66498 of the Subdivision Map Act. I hereby certify that a survey
was performed by me or under my direction on October, 2016 and July 2017, which verified the
information contained on said map. Monument descriptions are corrected as follows:
On All Sheets:
1" iron pipes with plastic plug marked "LS 8012" were replaced with 2" iron pipes tagged "LS
9303", gin spike and washers marked "LS 8012" were replaced with galvanized steel spike
and washers stamped "LS 9303", and lead and tag marked "LS 8012" were replaced with a
lead and tag stamped "LS 9303", except as noted in the individual sheet details listed below.
All positions remain the same as indicated on said Tract Map, except as noted in the individual
sheet details listed below.
On Sheet 6 of 12:
1. At the southerly terminus of that certain course on the west right-of-way of Coyote Bush Road,
shown on said map as having a delta, radius, and distance of A=4°18'36" R=1344.00' and
L=101.10', a 2" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a 1" iron pipe with plastic plug
marked "LS 8012".
2. At the northerly and southerly terminus of that certain course on the Centerline of Coyote
Bush Road, shown on said map as having a delta, radius, and distance of A=4°18'36"
R=1400.00' and L=105.32', a lead and tag stamped "LS 9303" was set instead of a gin spike
and washer marked "LS 8012".

3. At the southerly terminus of that certain course on the west line of Lot 3, shown on said map
as having a bearing and distance of N00°13'58"E, 260.06', a 2" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303"
was set instead of a 1" iron pipe with plastic plug marked "LS 8012".
4. At the southerly terminus of that certain course on the west line of Lot 2, shown on said map
as having a having a delta, radius, and distance of A=3°16'50" R=1456.00' and L=83.37', a 2"
iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a lead and tag marked "LS 8012".
5. At the southerly terminus of that certain course on the west line of Lot 3, shown on said map
as having a having a delta, radius, and distance of A=1 °01'46" R=1456.00' and L=26.16', a 2"
iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a 1" iron pipe with plastic plug marked "LS
8012".
6. At the southwest corner of Lot 3, a 2" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a lead
and tag marked "LS 8012". Said correction is also shown on Sheet 7 of 12.
7. At the southerly terminus of that certain course on the west line of Lot 1, shown on said map
as having a bearing and distance of N00°19'32"E, 200.21', a 2" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303"
was set instead of a 1" iron pipe with plastic plug marked "LS 8012".
8. At the southerly terminus of that certain course on the east line of Lot 2, shown on said map
as having a bearing and distance of S30°08'18"E, 120.66', a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303"
was set instead of a 1" iron pipe with plastic plug marked "LS 8012".
On Sheet 7 of 12:
1. At the northerly and southerly terminus of that certain course on the west right-of-way of
Coyote Bush Road, shown on said map as having a having a delta, radius, and distance of
A=3°42'53" R=1456.00' and L=94.40', a 2" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a 1"
iron pipe with plastic plug marked "LS 8012".
2. At the centerline intersection of Krameria Avenue and Coyote Bush Road a lead and tag
stamped "LS 9303" was set instead of a gin spike and washer marked "LS 8012".
3. At the northeasterly and southwesterly terminus of that certain course on the west right-of-
way of Coyote Bush Road, shown on said map as having a bearing and distance of
N45°49'41"E, 45.25', a 2" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a 1" iron pipe with
plastic plug marked "LS 8012".
4. At the southeasterly and northwesterly terminus of that certain course on the west line of Lot
4, shown on said map as having a bearing and distance of N44010'19"W, 45.25', a 2" iron
pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a 1" iron pipe with plastic plug marked "LS 8012".
5. At the northwest corner of Lot C, a 2" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a 1" iron
pipe with plastic plug marked "LS 8012".
6. At the southwest and southeast corners of Lot 5, a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set
instead of a lead and tag marked "LS 8012".
7. At the north lines of Lots 8, 9, 10, and 11, a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of
a lead and tag marked "LS 8012" or a 1" iron pipe with plastic plug marked "LS 8012".
8. At the northerly and southerly terminus of that certain course on the west line of Lot 4, shown
on said map as having a radius, length, and delta of A=3°42'53" R=1344.00' and L=87.14' a
galvanized steel spike and washer stamped "LS 9303" was set instead of a 1" iron pipe with
plastic plug marked "LS 8012". Said corrections are also shown on Sheets 8 and 9 of 12.

1. At the southwesterly terminus of that certain course on centerline of Krameria Avenue, shown
on said map as having a bearing and distance of S70°41'05"W, 350.04', a lead and tag
stamped "LS 9303" was set instead of a gin spike and washer marked "LS 8012". Said
correction is also shown on Sheet 9 of 12.
On Sheet 9 of 12:
1. East line of Lot "D" a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a 1" iron pipe with
plastic plug marked "LS 8012" or a lead and tag marked "LS 8012".
2. At the northerly and southerly terminus of that certain course shown on said map as "CL2",
having a bearing and distance of S8031'02"E, 54.52', a galvanized steel spike and washers
stamped "LS 9303" was set instead of a gin spike and washer marked "LS 8012".
3. The 1" iron pipe with plastic plug marked "LS 8012" at the northeasterly terminus of that certain
course on the easterly line of Lot 18, shown on said map as having a bearing and distance of
S28°11'24"W, 305.71', could not be set. Set 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303", North 61°48'36"
West, 0.50 feet from said terminus.
4. The 1" iron pipe with plastic plug marked "LS 8012" at the southeast corner of Lot 17, could
not be set. Set lead and tag stamped "LS 9303", North 55°28'06" West, 1.00 feet from said
corner.
5. At the northwesterly terminus of that certain course on the northeast line of Lot 16, shown on
said map as having a bearing and distance of S58046'08"E, 56.45', lead and tag stamped "LS
9303" was set instead of a 1" iron pipe with plastic plug marked "LS 8012".
6. The 1" iron pipe with plastic plug marked "LS 8012" at the southwesterly terminus of that
certain course on the easterly line of Lot 17, shown on said map as having a bearing and
distance of S028'11'24"W, 160.91', could not be set. Set 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303", North
61 °48'36" West, 0.50 feet from said terminus.
On Sheet 10 of 12:
1. At the northeasterly and southwesterly terminus of that certain course on the north line of said
Lot "G", a lead and tag stamped "LS 9303" was set instead of a 1" iron pipe with plastic plug
marked "LS 8012".
2. At the southerly terminus of that certain course on centerline of Village West Drive, shown on
said map as "CL3", having a bearing and distance of N18051'31"W, 103.37', a lead and tag
stamped "LS 9303" was set instead of a gin spike and washer marked "LS 8012".
3. At the southerly terminus of that certain course on the centerline of Village West Drive, shown
on said map as having a having a delta, radius, and distance of 0=18°49'48" R=1300.00' and
L=427.24', a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a gin spike and washer marked
"LS 8012".
4. At the southerly terminus of that certain course on the centerline of Village West Drive, shown
on said map as having a bearing and distance of N00°01'43"W, 764.19', a lead and tag
stamped "LS 9303" was set instead of a gin spike and washer marked "LS 8012".
5. At the westerly and easterly terminus of that certain course on centerline of Krameria Avenue,
shown on said map as having a bearing and distance of N89010'19"W, 230.24', a lead and

7. At the northwest corner of Lot 19, a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a 1" iron
pipe with plastic plug marked "LS 8012". Said corrections are also shown on Sheet 8 of 12.
8. At the westerly terminus of that certain course on the south line of Lot 20, shown on said map
as having a bearing and distance of N70°12'54"W, 153.01', a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303"
was set instead of a V iron pipe with plastic plug marked "LS 8012". Said corrections are also
shown on Sheet 8 of 12.
