I, Jake W. Lappert, certify; that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California; that a survey
was prepared under my supervision and direction as Parcel Map No. 37878; that said Parcel Map was
filed on May 20, 2021 in Book 251 of Parcel Maps, at Pages 30 through 40, inclusive, in the office of
the Recorder of Riverside County, California.
That the following data shown on said Parcel Map is incorrect as follows and is corrected as follows:
On Sheet 8 of 11:
1. At the southeast corner of Parcel 9, a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a 2"
iron pipe tagged "LS 9303".
2. At the southeast corner of Parcel 12, a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a 2"
iron pipe tagged "LS 9303".
On Sheet 9 of 11:
1. At the southeast corner of Parcel 19, a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a 2"
iron pipe tagged "LS 9303".
2. Along the east line and the two most southerly corners along the west line of Parcel 21, and
south line of Parcel 22, a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a 2" iron pipe
tagged "LS 9303".
3. Along the west and south lines of Parcel 15, extending from northwest corner of said Parcel
to the easterly terminus of that certain course on the south line of said Parcel, shown on said
map as having a bearing and distance of N79°35'05"W, 113.88', a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS
9303" was set instead of a 2" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" . Said corrections are also shown
on Sheet 10of11.

On Sheet 10 of 11:
1. Along the south and most easterly lines of Parcel 16, a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set
instead of a 2" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303".
2. Along the south and most westerly lines of Parcel 18, a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set
instead of a 2" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303".
On Sheet 11 of 11:
1. At the southerly terminus of that certain course on the east line of Parcel 13, shown on said
map as having a bearing and distance of N30°08'18"W, 24.26', indicates a 2" iron pipe tagged
"LS 9303". Correct data is set per R1.
The present Fee Title owner(s)/Ownership of the property are/is not affected by the corrections.
