CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
Tract No. 30857-9
I, Jake W. Lappert, certify; that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California; that a survey
was prepared under my supervision and direction as (Tract Map No. 30857-9; that said Tract Map
was filed on November 13, 2019 in Book 470 of Maps, at Pages 30 through 36, inclusive, in the office
of the Recorder of Riverside County, California.
That the following data shown on said Tract Map is incorrect as follows and is corrected as follows:
On Sheet 4 of 7:
1. At the southerly terminus of that certain course on the south right-of-way of Van Buren
Boulevard, also being along the north line of Lot 4, shown on said map as "17", having a
bearing and distance of N02009'49"E, 1.92', a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead
of a 2" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303". Said correction is also shown on Sheet 5 of 7.
2. Along the east line of Lot 3, a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a 2" iron pipe
tagged "LS 9303", except at the northeast corner of said Lot 3, where a 2" iron pipe tagged
"LS 9303" was set in accordance with the monument notes on said map. Said corrections are
also shown on Sheet 5 of 7.
On Sheet 5 of 7:
1. Along the west and south lines of Lot 4, from the southeast corner of Lot 3 to the northeast
corner of Lot 11, a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a 2" iron pipe tagged "LS
9303". Said corrections are also shown on Sheet 4 of 7.
2. Along the south line of Lot 11, a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a 2" iron
pipe tagged "LS 9303°, except at the southeast corner of Lot 11 where a lead and tag stamped
"LS 9303" was set in accordance with the monument notes on said map. Said corrections are
also shown on Sheet 7 of 7.
3. Along the south line of Lot 4, from the northeast corner of Lot 11 to the southeast corner of
said Lot 4, a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a 2" iron pipe with plastic plug
marked "LS 9303".

4. Along the east line of Lot 4, a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a 2" iron pipe
tagged "LS 9303".
5. At the northerly and southerly terminus of the north line of Lot 3, shown on said map as "19",
having a bearing and distance of N08°45'15"E, 3.87', a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set
instead of a 2" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303".
On Sheet 6 of 7:
1. At the northwest and southeast terminus of that certain course on the north line of Lot 7 shown
on said map as N60°13'11"W, 130.65', a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set -instead of a
2" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303".
2. At the southeast terminus of that certain course on the north line of Lot 7 shown on said map
as N66°45'20"W, 643.33', a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a 2" iron pipe
tagged "LS 9303".
3. Along the south lines of Lots 6 and 7, a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a 2"
iron pipe tagged "LS 9303". Said corrections are also shown on Sheet 5 of 7.
4. At the northwest and southeast terminus of that certain course on the south line of Lot 5 shown
on said map as N32°23'11"W, 111.64', a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a
2" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303". Said corrections are also shown on Sheet 5 of 7.
5. The lead and tag stamped "LS 9303" at the easterly terminus of that certain course on north
line of Lot 5, shown on said map as "C19", having a having a delta, radius, and distance of
0=16011'03" R=162.00' and L=45.76', could not be set. Set a lead and tag stamped "LS 9303"
North 00*19'31" East, 0.50 feet from said terminus.
6. At the westerly terminus of that certain course on north line of Lot 5, shown on said map as
"Cl 9", having a having a delta, radius, and distance of A=16°11'03" R=162.00' and L=45.76',
a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a 2" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303".
7. At the southwesterly and northeasterly terminus of that certain course on the south right-of-
way of Van Buren Boulevard, also being along the north line of Lot 6, shown on said map as
N61007'17"E, 9.62', a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a 2" iron pipe tagged
"LS 9303".
8. At the southeasterly terminus of that certain course on the north line of Lot 8 shown on said
map as N50°54'36"W, 35.08', a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a 2" iron pipe
tagged "LS 9303".
9. The 2" iron pipe stamped "LS 9303" at the southwest corner of Lot 8 could not be set. Set a
2" iron pipe stamped "LS 9303" 2.00 feet northeast from said corner along the west line of
said Lot 8 and a 1" iron pipe stamped "LS 9303" 1.00 feet southwest along the southwesterly
prolongation of the west line of said Lot 8
10. Along the south lines of Lots 9 and 10, a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a
2" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303".
11. At the northeasterly terminus of that certain course on the south line of Lot 8 shown on said
map as N79°29'35"W, 160.02', a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a 2" iron
pipe tagged "LS 9303".

12. At the southerly terminus of that certain course on the east line of Lot 8 shown on said map
as N21034'25"E, 55.04', a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a 2" iron pipe
tagged "LS 9303".
13. At the southerly terminus of that certain course on the east line of Lot 10 shown on said map
as N25001'55"E, 120.93', a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a 2" iron pipe
tagged "LS 9303".
On Sheet 7 of 7:
1. All corners of Lot 12 and 13, a 1" iron pipe tagged "LS 9303" was set instead of a 2" iron pipe
tagged "LS 9303".
The present Fee Title owner(s)/Ownership of the property are/is not affected by the corrections.
