Based upon the best fit alignment method, I have determined that the monuments set at the
sideline projections for this tract were established at a distance of 6.00 feet from the 24-foot
right of way line. The comer cutback at the knuckle shown hereon was established using the
geometry called for in Riverside County Standard 801 assuming an "A" distance of 60 feet, a
"B" distance of 18.00 feet, an R1 distance of 35.00 feet and holding the cutbacks perpendicular
to the B.C.R. and E.C.R. all as shown in the Standard. This method creates harmony with the
data shown on the recorded map since no centerline monuments were set thereon.
