LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That portion of Parcel 3 of Parcel Map No. 14390, as shown by map on file in Book 84, Pages
39 through 41 inclusive of Parcel Maps, of Official Records of Riverside County, California, lying
within the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 6 South, Range
2 West, San Bernardino Meridian, more particularly described as follows:
Being the westerly 9.00 feet of said Parcel 3, also being a portion of that certain parcel of land
described in a Deed in favor of Eastern Municipal Water District, a Municipal Water District,
recorded February 2, 1988 as Instrument No. 28226, Records of said County.
Containing 2,151 Square Feet, 0.049 Acres, more or less.
As a condition of dedication of Leon Road, the owner of the adjacent property abutting this
highway and during such time will have no rights of access except the general easement of
travel, also excepting one (forty-five and twenty-four hundredths foot)access opening as shown
hereon. Any change of alignment or width that results in the vacation thereof shall terminate
this condition of access rights as to the part vacated.
