I, Edv P. Adkison, certify; that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California; that a
survey was prepared under my supervision and direction in May 2019; that said Record of Survey was
filed on November 6, 2019 in Book 153 of Records of Surveys, at Page 20, in the office of the
Recorder of Riverside County, California.
That the following data shown on said Record of Survey are incorrect as follows:
1) SET 1"IP & LS 5390 TAG, FLUSH at the intersection of Arroyo Drive and Rincon Avenue, at the
southerly terminus of a curve, concave southwesterly, having a radius of 250.00 feet, and an
angle of 1°26'05".
2) SET 1"I1P & LS 5390 TAG, FLUSH at the angle point intersection at the easterly terminus of that
certain course on the centerline of Arroyo Drive shown as N88°49'09"E 144.47'.
3) SET 1"IP & LS 5390 TAG, FLUSH at the angle point intersection at the westerly terminus of that
certain course on the centerline of Arroyo Drive shown as N88°49'09"E 144.47'
4) SET 1"IP & LS 5390 TAG, FLUSH at the southeasterly corner of Lot 40, Victoria Park Addition to
the City of Riverside, filed in Book 7, Page 18 of Maps, at the easterly terminus of that course on
the southerly line of said Lot 40 shown as N88'5125"E 150.02'.
And is corrected as follows:
1) POINT FALLS ON MANHOLE LID. UNABLE TO SET MONUMENT at the intersection of Arroyo Drive
and Rincon Avenue, at the southerly terminus of a curve, concave southwesterly, having a radius
of 250.00 feet, and an angle of 1'26'05". CENTERLINE TIES SET PER CR 2022-0076.
2) POINT FALLS ON MANHOLE LID. UNABLE TO SET MONUMENT at the angle point intersection at
the easterly terminus of that certain course on the centerline of Arroyo Drive shown as
N88'49'09"E 144.47'. CENTERLINE TIES SET PER CR 2022-0076.
3) POINT FALLS ON MANHOLE LID. UNABLE TO SET MONUMENT at the angle point intersection at
the easterly terminus of that certain course on the centerline of Arroyo Drive shown as
