ACCEPTING PORTIONS OF MAIN STREET, TERRACE AVENUE, CYPRESS
AVENUE AND FLORAL AVENUE IN THE
GOOD HOPE AREA, FOR PUBLIC USE

WHEREAS, the hereinafter -described roads were offered for dedication for road
and public utility -purposes as set forth on -the Subdivision Map hereinafter -referred to,
which said offers of dedication have not been previously accepted for public use by the
County of Riverside, now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session
assembled on July o9 , 2024, that this Board accepts the offer of dedication
and recognizes that said roads are public roads open for use by the general public;

3 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED that this

4 acceptance is for the purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the
5 public for public road and utility uses, and into the County Maintained Road System
6 pursuant to Division 2, Chapter 2, Section 941 of the Streets and Highways Code, subject
7 to improvements in accordance with County Standards.

9 Said roads are in the County of Riverside, State of California, and are described as
10 follows:

13 That portion of Main Street, (100.00 feet wide) lying between the southerly right
14 of way line of Terrace Avenue and the southerly right of way line of Cypress Avenue,
15 as shown on the map of "Mountain Glen Tract" recorded in Book 11, Page 520,
16 Records of the County of San Diego, California.

23 the Board is directed to file with the Office of the County Clerk the Notice of Exemption

24 within five (5) working days of the Board hearing date.
