WHEREAS, the hereinafter -described roads were offered for dedication for road
and public utility purposes as set forth on the Subdivision Map hereinafter -referred to,
which said offers of dedication have not been previously accepted for public use by the
County of Riverside, now, therefore; j
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session
assembled on September 17 , 2024, that this Board accepts the offer of dedication
and recognizes that said roads are public roads open for use by the general public;

4 i acceptance is for the purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the

6 pursuant to Division 2, Chapter 2, Section 941 of the Streets and Highways Code, subject
7 to improvements in accordance with County Standards.

18 the Board is directed to file with the Office of the County Clerk the Notice of Exemption
19 within five (5) working days of the Board hearing date.

22 the Board is directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office
