9 WHEREAS, the hereinafter -described un-named road was offered for
10 dedication for road and public utility uses by Declaration of Dedication recorded

11 November 13, 1973 as Instrument Number 148435, Records of the Recorder,

12 Riverside County, California, which offer of dedication has not been previously
13 accepted for public' use by the County of Riverside, now, therefore;

15 BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of

16 Supervisors of the County of Riverside, State of California, in regular session
17 assembled on October 01 , 2024, that this Board accepts the offer of dedication
18 and recognizes that said road is a public road open for use by the general public;

Resolution No. 2024-190
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED that this acceptance is
for the purpose of vesting title in the County of Riverside on behalf of the public for public I
road and utility uses, and into the County Maintained Road System pursuant to Division 2, 1
Chapter 2, Section 941 of the Streets and Highways Code, subject to improvements in
accordance with County Standards.
Said road is in the County of Riverside, State of California, and is described as follows:
SEE LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND PLAT ATTACHED HERETO
AS EXHIBITS "A" and "B", AND MADE A PART HEREOF;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the
acceptance of said road easement is exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15061 (b)
(3) and not a project pursuant to Section 15060 (c)(2) of the State CEQA Guidelines.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk
of the Board is directed to file with the Office of the County Clerk the Notice of
Exemption within five (5) working days of the Board hearing date.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk
of the Board is directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Riverside, California.
