Pursuant to Division 9, Part 3, Chapter 3, Section 8324(b) of the Streets and 25 Highways Code, the hereinafter -described portion of El Mineral Road is 26 unnecessary for present or prospective public use including use as a non- 27 motorized transportation facility and is hereby vacated.
