CHANGE THE NAME OF SQ PEAK COURT (PRIVATE STREET) TO
TOCHILL COURT (PRIVATE STREET) IN THE LAKE RIVERSIDE AREA
(Third Supervisorial District)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Division 2, Chapter 2, Section 970.5 of the Streets and Highways
Code, a public hearing after due notice has been held upon a resolution of the intention to
change the name of Sq Peak Court (Private Street) to Tuchill Court (Private
Street) as shown on attached Exhibit "A", Third Supervisorial District, and all persons
having had an opportunity to be heard, now, therefore;
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF,
BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of

the County of.Riverside, State of California, in regular session assembled on January 281",
2025, upon closing of the public hearing, that the name Sq Peak Court (Private'
Street) be changed to Tuchill Court (Private Street).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of
the Board is directed to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the
Office of the Recorder, Riverside County, California.
