The vacation of the hereinafter described portions of public utility and emergency vehicle ingress and egress easements are categorically exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15060(c) and 15061(b)(3) of the State CEQA Guidelines. 2. Pursuant to Division 9, Part 3, Chapter 4, Section 8333(c) of the Streets and Highways Code, the hereinafter -described portions of the public utility and emergency vehicle ingress and egress easements are determined to be excess by the easement holders, and there are no other public facilities located within the easements, and are hereby summarily vacated. SEE LEGAL DESCRIPTION AND PLAT ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBITS "A" THROUGH "F", INCLUSIVE, AND MADE A PART HEREOF; 3.
