APPROPRIATE DISTRICT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTENANCE OF ALL FIRE PROTECTION
MEASURES WTHIN THE OPEN SPACE AREAS. ANY HABITAT CONSERVATION ISSUE AFFECTING THE
