The City of Perris aquired the underlying 150 foot by 80 foot
property per Grant Deed recorded June 6, 1957 in Book 2099,
Page 410, of Official Records of Riverside County, California. The
legal description begins at the centerline intersection of Third and
"A" Streets and then proceeds west, parallel with the north line of
the section. In Grant Deed recorded July 9, 1959 in Book 2507,
Page 19, of Official Records of Riverside County, California, the
City of Perris granted to EMWD the southerly 80 feet of the
easterly 110 feet of Lot (Block) 15 of Wise and Knights
Subdivision, the south line being the centerline of Third Street
which is not parallel with the north line of the section per this
survey. This resulted in a portion of property varying 0.13 feet to
0.03 feet wide, per this survey, along the north side of the
property granted to EMWD and still retained by the City of Perris.
The BOLD BOUNDARY of this survey reflects the remainder of City
of Perris ownership as being granted to EMWD by Grant Deed
recorded October 17, 2024 as Document No. 2024-0312641, of
Official Records of Riverside County, California.
