I, Michael Navarro , certify that I am a Licensed Land Surveyor of the State of California; that Parcel Map
No. 37876 was prepared by Robert Walker, PLS 7137 and is filed in Parcel Map Book 256, at Pages 62 through
65, inclusive, in the office of the Recorder of Riverside County, California, and that the following corrections to
said Map are in accordance with Chapter 3, Article 7, Sections 66469 through 66472.1 of the State Government
Code (Subdivision Map Act).
I am the Land Surveyor assuming responsibility for the placement of final monuments, in accordance with
Chapter 4, Article 9, Sections 66498 of the Subdivision Map Act.
That the following data shown on said Tract Map is incorrect:
