The property is in Mead Valley Area northwesterly of the intersection of Markham Street and Ellsworth Street. The topography of the area consists of well-defined ridges and natural watercourses that traverse the property. There is adequate area outside of the natural watercourses for building sites. The natural watercourses should be kept free of buildings and obstructions in order to maintain the natural drainage patterns of the area and to prevent flood damage to new buildings. New construction should comply with all applicable ordinances.
