the RBBD and pay its share of RBBD fees, including an interim RBBD fee as determined by the County, prior to the
time of issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy or upon final inspection, whichever occurs first.

landowner shall provide all street road dedications set forth herein in accordance with
Riverside County Road Improvement Standards (Ordinance 460/461). It is understood
that the exhibit correctly shows acceptable centerline elevations, all existing easements,
traveled ways, and drainage courses with appropriate Q's, and that their omission or
unacceptability may require the exhibit to be resubmitted for further consideration. This
