UPON RE -CALCULATING THE INDIVIDUAL LOTS, I FOUND
THAT NONE OF THE LOTS THAT FRONTED ON MAGNOLIA
AVE. CLOSED MATHMATICALLY BASED ON THE DIMENSIONS
SHOWN ON SAID MAP. AFTER PERFORMING A BOUNDARY SURVEY
OF THE BLOCK AND ESTABLISHING THE RIGHT OF WAY FOR
THE THREE STREETS AND THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY FOR
SAID TRACT IT WAS FOUND THAT THE STREET RIGHT OF WAY
DIMENSIONS FIT THE MAP DIMENSIONS WELL, A DISCREPANCY
WAS FOUND IN THE OVERALL SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY DISTANCE.
MORE WEIGHT WAS GIVEN TO THE RECTANGULAR LOTS. THOMAS
