SHALL BE APPLIED AT A RATE OF 0.05 GALLON PER SQUARE YARD. ASPHALTIC
EMULSION SHALL CONFORM TO SECTIONS 37, 39, AND 94 OF THE STATE
STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS."
